I filed my taxes on the 19th of January and it is currently February 10th, 2012 and I still don't have my taxes. When I go online to check the status of my return they tell me that there is no information on my taxes being filed.

I went to Instant Tax Services to get my paper work and thats when I noticed how much they charged for preparing my taxes. They charged me $700 to file my taxes.

With that being said my taxes were locked for 3wks and they didn't know why but supposedly they were unlocked and I should be receiving my taxes in 10-14 days. I asked the preparer was I going to be reimbursed my filing fees for it was there mistake and she stated "I will give you $100".

I will never go to them again or recommend anyone to go there.
