Instant tax service promised me 1000 dollars only to receive

50 dollars. They only used one of my last paystubs even though I informed them

I had more w2’s coming. They never discussed with me what my tax return would

be or ask for a copy of my daughters’ ss card. When I took all of my documents

to them they informed me that my tax return had already been filed, even though

I never saw a prepared return nor did I sign a prepared tax return. When I showed

them my other documents they said that they would have to file an amendment to

my already filed tax return and that refund could take 4-12 weeks. They finally

showed me the tax return that they filed that stated I should receive 978

dollar refund and they only had a check for 400 dollars for me. When I asked

why more than half of my refund was taken they informed me that the irs had 2

different fees and then their filing fee.
