Instant Tax Service ITS Filing taxes fraud St. Petersburg, Florida

Instant tax service advertised a holiday loan where everyone walks out with a check.  A friend, my sister, and I all with different types of financial backgrounds all went to apply.  As we called back they kept saying their systems was down then it turned to that the bank was no longer doing loans.  I received a call on the 14th of January saying that if I wanted to file all I needed was the EIN # of my company and they could send it off that night at 12am.  When asked how without my W2 all was said after a pause was that all they needed was the EIN #.  I told them that was nice to know if I chose to I would come in.  I recieved another call on the 15th stating the same thing I let the lady know that I did not trust them after the loan ordeal and she stated "no one is doing the loan anymore I am calling about the taxes now."  I told her no thank you.  On the 18th I recieved a text from them saying that my taxes had been accepted by the IRS.

I am filing a report with the IRS, the Police, who ever else I can find.
