I recently had my taxes done by a lady "Janita Gibson", who claimed she was a paralegal. She committed fraud on the preparation of my taxes. She also gave me a hard time when I asked for a copy of my statement. When I finally got it I read it and it said that I owned real estate and paid mortage insurance "Not true". Upon completion of my taxes she told me my refund would be $14,504... I knew it was to good to be true so I called IRS and asked them about it becuase I am currently getting disability and that is my income I also go to school.They informed me that disability isnt taxable and I might just get $1000.00 for a student "American Opp" credit. When I brought this to the tax preparer she went off on me. And been ignoring me ever since. I am now waiting to amend my taxes and return what I am not entitle too. She did six other friends of mines taxes as well and lied on theirs too. She is a lier and a fraud. Watch out for her!! P.S. The return that she gave me was edited. Because what IRS sent me was completely different.
