Liberty Tax Services Liars and a Rip-off!!! Port Huron, Michigan

  This place is such a joke! They will lie and tell you anything you want to hear. They told us with an RAL it would take 24-48 hours to get your money but they don't tell you that only 1 out of 5 is approved and then you'll have to wait 21-28 days till you get your money. When you TRY to go in and talk to them they lie some more. They don't even have my taxes there in the office and I won't be able to get them till at least 3 days AFTER I get my money. The IRS says I should have my money by the 9th but Liberty Tax Service told me that it will be about 15 days from then that they will issue me a check. I will be calling a lawyer if I do not have my money by the 9th and I will post all over the internet also and filing with the BBB. Runaway from this place as fast as you can!!!
