I object to the revengeful unfounded libelous statements put on RipOffReport.com by Jack Halleman of FSTN.com or SAFETAXHELP.com and his numerous pseudonyms because I won a JUDGMENT against his company because Halleman/Adams/Pederson lied in court with slanderous accusations about me and my husband.  That is why we won and his counterclaim was dismissed.  All he has available to him is libelous lies!  I have been a mortgage loan officer for over 20 years with no complaints on me except for the liable comments put on by Jack Halleman of FSTN.com or Tax help.com under the pseudonym of Michel of Penn.  I mean read what is written Halleman states… “I hurt him and his friend”!  Of Mark the Man from FL.  All applications are done on line not in a restaurant more ranting of crazy man Jack Halleman! In court we established Jack Halleman has me, myself, and I along with numerous pseudonyms those are his imaginary friend just like Mitchell in Pennsylvania or was it Transylvania?  At FSTN Jack Halleman does not use his name but goes by Jerry Adams at Tax Help he uses the name Carl Pederson.  Give him a call and check it out! 1800-487-1992

 or 425-572-3150 Halleman will answer as Jerry Adams or Carl Pederson, if anyone answers!  I didn’t know until I went to court that the man I gave money to do my taxes did not even use his own name!  He is a pathological liar check out Coreta.com where Halleman states he does one to five million dollars of business a year.  Has he reported that to the IRS?  We will be finding out.

FSTN has over 44 BBB complaints not me; then read the rest on RipOffReport.com or other internet complaints, Google FSTN Renton WA!  All complaints are the same like mine Halleman took money and did no service.  Perhaps the other unhappy customers need to take Halleman/Adams/Pederson to court and receive a JUDGMENT against him!

I check everyone on Google before working with them.  Therefore the libelous lies about me concern me and I am writing a rebuttal as recommended by Judge Nault who issued the Judgment.  Read the article as my attorney advises.  He read it and said “sounds like the ramblings of a mad man!”  Judge Nault who issued the judgment against Jack Halleman and FSTN agreed it is libelous and not worth my time.  However we will see how the IRS interprets Jack Halleman’s vengeful acts.  What action will be taken against FSTN.com or SafeTaxHelp.com after their libelous attempt at revenge?  Usually when you contact a profession they do not do these things, oh that is right, Jack Halleman does not even use his real name in doing business, is a pathological liar, and is not professional on any level!  Halleman is simply revengeful after having a JUDGMENT against him and his company!  Obviously the Judge made the decision for the Judgment; I only presented the facts.

Projection, when Halleman says I lied to government agencies.  I did not.  I did not go to Tax Court more lies!  Projection is when someone accuses in this case me when it is actually their act, for example Jack Halleman lies to you in this article, Coreta.com about his income, and government agencies.

Chris, my husband, who was brutally attacked verbally works for the largest property management in the world and is not a janitor.  He looks great in all his clothes, too.  More of Halleman’s pathological lies!  Halleman needs mental help and not to be doing tax work for anyone much less have a company.  On the internet he posts that he makes $1 to 5 million dollars on Coreta.com.  Go into his low rent building with the wires hanging down from the ceiling, does that meet code?

Rip Off does a service except in the case of allowing libelous lies by the vengeful Jack Halleman.  Why did he do this because I successfully won a judgment in court against him?  Why did I win because the Judge ruled that Halleman took my money and did no tax service.  That seems to be his MO and each complaint states the same thing.  This is Jack Halleman’s revenge tactic.  With my husband Chris, Halleman billed April 2008 but did not produce the tax returns so the bill was dismissed in court.  Halleman’s counterclaims were dismissed without even being heard!

I know no one in Pennsylvania.  Besides how would they know about or concern themselves with my taxes.  Because of Halleman’s libelous lies and vengeful posting!
