My ex and I paid Omni over $15,000. Their last attempts to get another $2,500 threaten me with: "We (Omni Financial) will notify the Internal Revenue Service to contact you directly...Omni Financial will no longer be responsible for any collection activity." Omni’s Offer in Comprise stated I would pay the IRS an impossible $2,500 a month. Omni told me that by making this offer they would then be able to negotiate a lower payment.

By phone they intimidated me further by telling me that if I didn’t send them the money they had an obligation to inform the IRS of my ability to pay.

If there is a Hell; it must have been made for these people, may they rot and burn there...
