i worked at said company for almost three months, and you gotta understand, they take pretty much anyone willing to work, which means there are plenty of ignorant people who get hired,
we dealt with many a person who would be outright rude to us for no reason
and its a cold call center that is scripted,
they call with a name on a lead and what they do(sometimes not even that)
there is no call back number, it is a cold call center, with only dial out devices (seriously, the computers run on MS-DOS, yet there is a customer service number
1800-200-5000 i believe
no you cannot keep them from calling you by saying "take us off your list" your a business, your number is public property i the chamber of commerce, and the only way to get your number privatized from the chamber of commerce, is to run an unregistered illegal business, or close down/ go bankrupt
i am truly sorry to all of the businesses who have been burned/rude too, or just plain confused.
but they are doing a job, a job that can pay very well, if they get the company your money, or very badly, if they dont
please understand,
