Thank you for bringing this to our attention.  Please provide us with your full name, phone number, email address, date you signed up with us, what services you requested, how much you paid, your company name, fax number, how many times you contacted our offices to try and get this matter resolved before filing this complaint, and a copy of any written agreements that you signed with our firm etc.  We will make every effort to bring this matter to a satisfactory resolution for you as soon as possible....  We have not offered tradelines for individuals for a couple of years now so we will look into this matter once you've provided us with the above information. I was also ripped off by Randy Hirsh. He refused to pay the $2000 fee I paid to add trade lines since June 2009. To now, he is refusing to pay my money back of which he didn't do any work at all.
