You have caused my family a great deal of stress in how you handled this situation. I will be encouraging Lisa Maddigan the attorney general for Illinois to investigate and bar you form any business in Illinois. I had made a mortgage modification and you have now messed that up for me.  Your CEO only apologized once the media was alerted. This is shameful and you knew of a problem almost 3 weeks ago. The IRS has been very understanding but they have an automatic process to safeguard fraud. Waiting for a return on January 29 to be returned by Republic bank who have received thousands of calls on Feb 3, and then wait until the IRS sees it was returned and then process into a paper check in 3 weeks.

By the way they only process on Fridays...Now thousands of people are screwed and they do not care. How would they feel if their paychecks were delayed 4 weeks. I hope the media crucifies these people. They offer no help and I was on hold for an hour to only get a prewritten response by a person who had no information. The CEO is a coward and this company was used by me for 5 years. I am very disgusted and I hope the IRS bans them from processing anyone's claims in the future.

Contact the Better business bureau and the attorney general in your state to file a formal complaint.

They should be granting people a line of credit to cover their mistake.

This is fraud, bank fraud and mis-representation.
