Tax Masters A $4,000 trip to hell. Houston Texas

Its a long story but I'll make it short. I had some tax issues of around 11K. Saw the tv ad, made the call (1st mistake). A guy named Roark Ashie promissed the world. Said they could get my tax bill down around $1,300. I figured the $4,000 for their fee, $1,300 to the IRS, I would save about $5,000.

Thats when my trip to Hell began. Horrible communication on their part. After 30 days of nothing... I got scarred like I just got scammed. Started asking for my money back. NOPE. They kept charging my card away all the way to $4,000. I have been fighting with them since Febuary.

In March, found out my mother had cancer. Spent the last 4 months watching her slowly die. Meanwhile my financial situation got worse. I was taking care of my bills and my mothers at the same time.

I let Taxmasters know, even offered to send the death certificate after she passed on May 22. I let them know I desperatly need my money back more than ever.

It all falls on deaf ears. They are heartless soles stealing the money of people like me who are scarred to death to deal with the gonverment on their own.

Let me tell you.... one of my biggest regrets in life is picking up the phone that day last December and calling tax masters.

I wish I never would of made the call.
