TaxMasters stole $3,968.75 from my bank account.  After one phone call with them, I got an uneasy feeling and called back within an hour to tell them I didn't want their services. I left a voicemail for Samuel Hamilton and also faxed him at 6:00 am the next morning with a note to please cancel any agreement that was discussed the night before.

Mr SH said that my wife and I needed to sign an agreement before TaxMasters could do anything. We never signed anything yet they withdrew money from my account even AFTER I called back within an hour and sent an fax the next morning at 6:00 AM.

About three weeks after that phone call, they took 1625.00 out of my account. I called them, I was livid. I told them they were not authorized and they said my account was in the customer dispute resolution department. While it was supposedly there and the knew I did not authorize them to take money out - they took out another 2343.75.

Fortunately, I caught that one and had my bank reverse the charge but TM backdoored my bank's efforts to thwart their fraud and created a second fraud by disguising two payments that equaled $2343.75. I sent them four faxes and numerous calls - none of which have been replied to.

I am in contact with the Texas Attorney General and looking for anyone that is interested in a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT

CLASS ACTION SUIT STOPPING TAXMASTERS

AUTHOR: chanzeaz - las vegas (USA)

There are numerous people, including myself that have been ripped off by Taxmasters. A Class Action suit is the only way to stop this from propagating .

They are dishonest ,  and since most people are working with Taxmasters through phone calls you never get anywhere with them Taxmasters will bounce you around different employees with no resolve.

They need to be stopped. I can't believe the Attorney general of Texas has not taken steps to correct their inappropriate activities.

Ho do we connect, there are numerous people that have complained and been victimized by them, there has to be a ay that people that have been a Taxmasters victin can come together and stop them .

ANY SUGGESTIONS
