TURBOTAX - SBBT SCAM Turbotax and SBBT working together in a scam. They cleverly hide the extra $30 fee to efile. Then SBBT will send you what appears to be a check in the mail, but its not a check at all- its a loan with an outrageous interest rate. DO NOT USE TURBOTAX AT ALL. DO NOT USE THE OPTION TO DEDUCT MONEY FROM YOUR REFUND TO PAY FOR EFILING, DO NOT CASH LOAN CHECK FROM SBBT UNTIL YOU ARE SURE IT IS COVERED California

I'm surprised you thought the SBBT processing fee was not clearly disclosed. The TurboTax interview presents the details and the charge within at least 4 separate screens with affirmative consent required. Plus, we ask you to print the agreement. Oh well, we'll consider adding more screens. We also state that the use of SBBT to pay your TurboTax fees is optional.

By the way, the SBBT payment option is not a loan. Again, it is NOT a loan and they don't charge interest on the refund processing. I'm not sure where you're getting this information, but it is absolutely incorrect.

Sir I won't disagree with the disclosures but the SBBT has the most uninformed individuals working for them and they are rude un helpful and all people want are the tax refunds in a timely manner. 4-6 weeks is not why people efile it defeats the integrity of why we efile.
