Richard Hargus and Michael Gill promised me to help with my back taxes with the IRS for an up front fee of 2,000. They strung me along for over a year and then went out of business, or moved on to the next scam.

I am phisically disabled. The loss of $2,000 dollars now makes me financially disabled, not to mention scrambling to negotiate with the Fed's myself.

I would like to find these two deadbeats and introduce them to the FBI and my attorney with a class action suit in his hand.
