i had my taxes done at a walmart location on january 15 2010 i was charged 200 dollars to get a RAL wich says one to two business days i was informed that the computer showed i would have my money in 24 hours i have been waiting for over 48 and when i called they told me it could take up to five days i paid for 24 to 48 hours not 5 days i think they should have to refund my money that i have to pay for services that i am not getting and they should not be able to do tax payers this way they make alot of money for services that they are not providing

The IRS has to acknowledge your return before the RAL application can be processed.  They were -suppose- to start on the 15th, but a lot of peoples acknowledgments did not come through until the 19th. 

Your paperwork should verify that it can take 1-5 days in some cases (unfortunately).
