Omni Financial IRS Tax Trouble Scam!! Broomfield, Colorado

I started with this company in early 2009. I was told that for a fee they could at least get an offer or installment agreement submitted to the IRS. After many months of senseless banter back and forth with the "Attorney" assigned to my case, I am not any better off than when I started. Further, he has asked for more money despite not having submitted a single form (433a, OIC, etc) to the IRS.

After consulting with the IRS personally, and reviewing their correspondence and telephone conversations with Omni, it is clear that I was SCAMMED!!

Also, I was charged hundreds and hundreds of dollars for simple form letters. Even the Welcom packed form letters were charge as if they were created individually.

This company is a Joke. If you have been scammed please file BBB complaints, Attorney General complaints, and complaints with the Colorado BAR Assoc.
