Turbotax - intuit false promotion on tax services ripoff Internet

I received an offer for a free trial of turbotax basic edition after completing my tax return i was asked how i was going to pay for it. I called intuit/turbotax and they told me i needed a promo code to receive free services. I asked how i was going to get one and they told me they would have to give me one but couldn't at the time due to system failure.

The second time i called they were going to email it to me and i never received it. After the third time the lady i spoke to told me she had never heard of such and i would have to fax her at my cost a copy of the letter and she would have to turn it into the investigative dept. to look into this matter. Basically they offered free services but didn't want to honor them.
