ken the manager from the dunkirk new york office is horrible he called my freind after beening only three days late threating to have some one break in his house and get his stuff back he tells everyone he calls and tells them my freind is a theaf and says he will get his stuff back even if he has to have some one get it for him he is so scard he wont even leave his house please some one help my freind he is even threatened suaside because they down him so much please we need help

Y'all don't need no help

What y'all need is to pay your danged bills on time, and if you can't, don't rent stuff you can't afford.
Aarons ain't running a charity. It's a rental business. None of y'all are ENTITLED to pay your bill late.

Send back the stuff and live according to your means.

No ripoff here.

Yes, indeed, you do need help.  So, here it is:

(1)  Tell your friend to pay his bills on time, or return the merchandise if he can't pay for it.  Aaron's has every right to take their items back if your friend can't pay. 

(2)  Go back to school and learn the English language, you illiterate moron.  Your report is almost impossible to read.
