The long, rambling diatribe written by Patrick Cioffi, Jr. about Peter Vorrias is a classic example of his psychotic mind. Unfortunately Peter's family was caught up in the web of a conman, who has been known to wait patiently for many years before he totally goes in for the kill and devastates his victims.

I hope anyone who attempts to do business with Mr. Cioffi will contact his long list of victims before they fall prey to the scam themselves and will check out his long list of court appearances.

This man is evil to the core and has no regard for anyone except himself. Stay far, far away!!
