US Immigration Organization I filled out Form I-90 to renew my Green Card and I made a payment of $450.00 and I never recieve and information about the process and my Green Card is about to expire. Chicago, Illinois

I filled out Form I-90 to renew my Green Card and I make a payment of $450.00 But I never received any information from about the renewal process and my Green Card is about to expire. All I received from an email saying my payment was received and an application status for order number.
