Mr. Dans is an over the top, high energy motivational speaker that does not pay the people he employs.  I was contracted to do some work for him and after taking months for him to sign his contract, he wanted everything done instantly without a deposit or pay.   He advertises on Craigslist for cheap and desperate labor and then does not keep his word or pay his obligations.  He owes me like 3000 bucks.  If you are approached by Mr. Dans or his people to work for him, steer clear.
