Shopping Essentials Headache Plaines Illinois

According to Shopping Essentials, they claim that I ordered a product from a commerical on TV which I do remember doing that, but I returned the product to the manufactor and cancelled the order. Shopping essential that is supposed to be in partnership with this other company has been taking money out of my account since June of this year.

They do not have a record of where the order orginiated from but they are supposed to be in "partnership" with them. When I called to inquire about refunding me for the 7 months that they had taken out the representatives told me that they could only refund for two months.

At this time I became very frustrated and asked to speak to a supervisor or someone who could further assist me. I was given an address to the "compliance department" that I could not be transferred in order to speak to someone about this situation.
