Customer has been put to live in a storage room. The customers apartment that they were in was sold from up under them. The customer has given the manager a $2,000 check. The check has been cashed. In the storage room is the following problems- mold everywhere, no hot water, smell from the hot water, the water comes out in different colors, and leaking pipes. The College student is not prepared for school because of this. The manger sara has been told about this problem several times. Sara states that she will not give the student their money back or put them in a regular apartment. Sara refuses to help the student live in a normal apartment.
