It's truly a shame when a brother tries to pass off false information about a family member. I never owned Thompson-Thompson & O'Neal, LLC so I could not change the name. I do not own any portion of AWFR, it is an LLC owned by Robert C Eber.
Dale A Eber SR, not Mike submitted this Rip-Off report. It just goes to show you how much of a loving brother he really is.

Dale incorporated TT&O LLC as a single member corporation in the state of Ohio. We made several agreements that he refused to stand behind. I was forced to leave in July 2008 because of his incompetence and his refusal to take care of outstanding customers. He has lied to ODJFS, insurance companies, American Express and a host of vendors, now he lying to you. You can see his deceit by how he signed this report, MIKE, trying to put the blame on another person. Dale needs to get of the drugs and face reality. He caused all his problems by his deceit, his lying and his lack of integrity.

I truly feel sorry for a person who refuses to go to his Mothers funeral.

Dale Eber personally signed a credit application with a well known building supply company in Toledo, Ohio for Thompson Thompson & O'Neil taking full responsibility for payment .  He was sent to collecton for avoiding phone calls and not paying the over $5k balance owed for materials purchased. 

The original report filed in may 2009 is total nonsense. Gary or Bob Eber never owned Thompson-Thompson & O'Neal,LLC. Dale Eber, Mike Karin and Jennifer Eber open a business on Sylvania Ave in 2008. They changed the name of the company, not Gary & Bob.

Gary & Bob have no rating with the BBB because we don't have a business under AWFR, Affordable Waterproofing & Foundation Repair, LLC. Please check with the State of Ohio.

Gary & Bob both worked for TT&O, LLC from 2007-2008 in the waterproofing side of the business, we had No complaints. Dale Eber, Mike Karin, Ron Carpenter & Jennifer Eber conspired to form a tele-marketing remolding business under the same roof. They collected over $35,000 in deposits for remolding and never did the work.

Gary & Bob both tried to help Dale. But his lying and cheating with Mike Karin and Jennifer was to much to handle. We left in July 2008. Dale refused to consider any payoffs to vendors, cheated customers, credit card companies or suppliers. There were no waterproofing bills outstanding when we left. Dale and Dennis Galliger kept bowering money and supplies.

I owe nothing and am not being sued or arrested, Dale on the other hand is wanted by the IRS, State of Ohio & the City of Toledo & Sylvania.

Gary & Bob both hope customers read and understand this unfortunite situation that was caused completely by Dale A. Eber SR and his Daughter, Jennifer Eber.
