Our apartment building is unkempt. The lights are out in our hallways, our shower handle gets stuck on a scalding hot temperature, the carpet on our balcony is hanging off and blowing in the wind, many of our appliances need to be fixed and/or replaced, etc...

We ask them for months to fix it but they do absolutely nothing. All our neighbors have complained too and most people are angry and frustrated with them. When you complain, you're only met by lying and condescension by their manager, Sarah.

Sarah said she would call and arrange to come up and check everything out. Of course, she did not. For some icing on the cake, when we questioned Sarah about the shower handle (after them not doing anything about it for over a month), she simply told us to "use the bath". Really, I think that sums up her abilities as manager. After reading many apartment review sites and seeing what people had to say about their staff, I'm sure it does.
