The company represents itself as working with the fire department and property manager to check building exits, sprinklers, fire extinguishers and such.  They will show false badges and information.  They do no work except misrepresent themselves as working with a legit organization.  They will tell you upfront there is no charge since they are working with the fire department and have you sign or initial a completed work order that you passed the building saftey and it will be forwarded to the appropriate agencies.  A week or two later they will try and bill you for this scam for a couple of hundred dollars.  They are scamming many companies right now but it is illegal and a felony to represent themselves as working with the fire department and fire marshal.
