As good an opportunity AIL could be for the individual agent, Altig-International succeeds in finding different ways to miss-treat and abuse its employees. The only question I have for any one who is still an agent with AIL, and specifically Altig, is how could they be such a better opportunity than everyone else, but have an 11% retention rate for agents after 6 months? If it is so good, why is everyone leaving.
