Contact Message Systems contacted our office in February 2009. They have added some sort of computer, phone, fax protection and repair service to our AT&T phone bill for $49.95 plus taxes and fess.  When I called that company they said that we asked them to do it and they were immediately ready to provide a phone recording of that initial conversation with our employee.

Another illegal activity is that they didn’t notify out employee that this call is being recorded.

Later I have called some people who mentioned that AT&T is eagerly adding third party billing to their phone bill, because AT&T gets a large chunk of money from those criminals.
