Hello Everyone -
Federal Financial Group is a scam. Federal Financial Group is a pyramid scheme. Rick Dixon has gotten into trouble before operating a similar pyramid scheme called World Financial Group. He also uses top notch, very expensive Reputation software to prevent the truth from being written on the web. Thank goodness for forums like these.
I have lost months of my life, many - many fees & hours memorizing a script. When I got over all of the hurdles, there was no money. The top tier officials are making money from the pyramid scam ... your recruitment fees. And if you research long and hard (like I did), you will find the "managers" are employed elsewhere (in my case, AXA). That is how they survive. FFG is a part time gig - all of this, is undisclosed of course.
Trust me - & run! I wish someone had done this for me. Or that someone had posted about the pyramid scam. The trick is that nobody is getting past the script to find out. Well, I did. I got past the script and I am telling you, this is an MLM/pyramid design and the only way to make money is off management fees.
I signed up on this forum to try and help the community. Again, Federal Financial Group is a pyramid scam. Federal Financial Group is illegally taking recruitment fees and there are attorneys looking into this... including the Federal Trade Commission. I know because I checked. It will only be a matter of time before they are stopped and shut down.
Rick Dixon's real reputation can be found under searches for World Financial Group. I repeat: Federal Financial Group is a pyramid scam. Keep your money and run.

Federal Financial Group is not a scam or a pyramid/MLM scheme as "FriscoDisco" has claimed. I have worked for Federal Financial Group for over 6 1/2 years. I have consistently made a 6 figure income ( or very close to it ) as long as I have been working here. I am just an agent. Not a manager. I don't work for any other company. I have over 325+ clients who are very happy with me, Federal Financial Group and the product I have sold them. I too spend time learning the scrip, as he describes, but I was immediately able to start earning a great income as soon as I started running appointment on my own. I haven't had any trouble since. The commission split is very fair considering FFG provides me with all of my appointments, at no cost to me. I haven't done any prospecting in 6.5 years. I have loved working for FFG and feel it been the best company I have worked with in over 30 years of employment.

Federal Financial Group is an Insurance Agency that does not use MLM payouts. Every agent earns a % of what they sell. If one follows the program exactly as taught you will be successful. The Recruiting fee got me access to so much information and training materials it is well worth the $287.00 spent. FFG takes care of their Agents with weekly meetings, awesome yearly convention and pre-set appointments. As a sales gal, these are all things that motivate me to continue selling and making thousands of dollars weekly. Signing up with FFG does not mean that you do not have to work! It just makes your work a little easier.
