Sabrina LLoyd & Associates is a scam.  She told me that I would make a certain set percentage at my contract level, but I later found out on my income reports that the percentages vary-the more insurance I sold, the less I got paid.
Sabrina hired me, then my boyfriend a few months later, then just recently threatened us both to break up or she'd take away our hard earned, well deserved management contracts. She did-stripped us of our contract, even though we were doing our job like our contract says.  She had no right to demote us due to her own personal issues against our relationship.
Sabrina manipulated us with paying her $150/wk ($600/mo) saying that the money would be used to pay for someone to help me with some of my duties, but only later did she say that the money is really just to pay for her supplies-she was making me pay for her business all along!  Since when does an employer make their employee pay for their business?!  In total she stole $5,000 from me.  
It is illegal to make an independent contractor do something, you can only 'ask', but she constantly threatened me with my contract that if i didn't pay that money that she would remove my contract-in fear of losing what i spent 9 months working for, i payed anyway only to learn now that that was illegal.  Plus no where in my contract did it state that I had to pay anything to anyone, it only states my management duties, which I fulfilled all of them.
Sabrina made her agency do many things which were downright illegal, like during one 'team meeting' she made everyone pull up their phone records so she could peak into our private lives and see who we were talking to.  Recently she let her husband (who ironically is her manager since she didn't want my boyfriend and I to be together) grab my phone from my hand and look through it.  Later someone told me that I could have called the police because that was assault.
She never took responsibility for her organization; when sales were down she always blamed me for being lazy,  when I have certificates to prove I was one of her top agents in the agency every week consistently for the 11 months that I was there, and my team had one of the highest production numbers for the last couple months I was there (not the sign of a lazy person).  
Sabrina does illegal things within American Income Life Insurance Company-she does bad business which is illegal within the company, like she made me pay $215 to pay for a clients life insurance policy, just to get it back on the books, and made me lie to the client saying the company waived the premium for them.  She threatened me with my contract if I didn't do it.  She also was charging my clients for their ratings without letting them know, and a lot of my clients cancelled their policies because of it.  
She also takes your entire team away from you before you get a certain promotion (which is MGA-a top management position) and makes you start all over.  SO if your team is producing 100K/wkly then all that would get put under her aka she now makes triple than if it was under you directly, and you have to start all over with your precious time and money to rebuild what would normally take you a year to accomplish a team like that.  SHE'S A THIEF.
She constantly called me a lier, when she had no physical evidence of that (why she would hassle one of her top agents continuously is beyond me) but then all she does is run her business through lying and manipulating the poor souls who are stuck working in that agency.  She manipulated us into paying for our agency christmas party-her 2 managers she pays salary to went around to all 30 of us and said if we each give $100 then we'd get her and her husband Jay Z tickets which we later found out only ended up costing $1000 if that, then later someone over heard them saying that the money was used to pay for the christmas party.  What company makes YOU pay for their christmas party?!

This is following my previous, original post, as an update:

Sabrina Lloyd & Associates is a SCAM.  She's a fake.  And, she's at it again.

Sabrina Lloyd went on my facebook page, printed off my wall comments and is harassing people in her office to see who's talking to me.  She's stalking me. 

Not only that, she fired a friend of mine because she is pregnant.  The disturbing part is my friend was working for her for almost a year and was a top producing agent.  I'm absolutely certain that it is illegal to fire someone because they are pregnant.

She also fired another friend of mine that worked there because she wanted to transfer to a different agency - she wanted to transfer because she was being harassed by Sabrina Lloyd; all she wanted to do was stay with American Income Life but work under better, more sound and respectful management - somehow Sabrina found out and fired her saying, "I'll never let you work for another National/American Income Life office."  

Lastly, she fired my boyfriend for talking to me, as well.  Last time I checked, it is illegal to make someone stop talking to someone else in a work force.  It is also illegal for a business owner to make an independent contractor do anything - the 'employer' can only ASK for something, not MAKE MANDATORY that something has to be done i.e. showing up for a meeting.  As an independent contract you don't HAVE to do anything. This psychotic piece of trash has done so many illegal things to the agents in her organization, and done so much bad business, that she, Sabrina Lloyd, needs to be taken down, once and for all.  

Clearly, this is someone who needs to be in a stray jacket locked up far away from any sign of life on this planet.

Since July I have been contacted by many of Sabrina's agents including her own sister. I just want you all to know that it is not the agents doing illegal things it is SABRINA.  I was her first agent in Maryland  I got to know Sabrina and her deceitful ways very well.  I moved with her to New York.  That was the worst mistake I ever made in my life.  I was with her for 2yrs I absolutely loved American Income and the opportunity but Sabrina totally ruined the opportunity for me.  I am a very strong person and I remained loyal to Sabrina but when is enough finally enough.  I feel really sorry for the agents who are going through the same things that I did.  I worked so hard and I was doing really well.  I was let go from the company simply because there was a rumor about her sister (nothing to do with business).
Every time an agent leaves she says that they are doing illegal things however it is a common practice at her agency.  Sabrina has payed for hundreds of policies to save her retention.  She has even put agents on payment plans to pay her back for the policies that she has paid for them. Sabrina is a very good manipulator and once things hit the fan she will blame everyone but herself and lie on everyone including her own sister Natalie Lloyd.  Something really needs to be done.  She is a very dishonest person. She does so many things to her agents and it is really unfair to let that continue to happen.

Her husband (boyfriend) works in her office as a manager and he is in the country illegally. He does not have legal papers to even be in the United States but he is responsible for training Sabrina's agents in CT.  Sabrina and Karolina-her office secretary copy all the applications and keep them in a bin just in case the business falls off before 4months.  It is Sabrina not the agents.  If a policy falls off the policy is paid.  Sabrina tricks people to do things illegally so that when it comes time for them to leave they will be to scared to express all the illegal things that she has done.  The year she wanted to become an SGA she went out and paid for so many policies in Maryland just so she would be able to get the SGA contract she wanted. She makes the agents tell the clients that the company AIL waived the premiums but the truth is Sabrina pays it.  She will do anything as long as it benefits her.  She makes her agents code random people even if they are not in the home or on their team.  Sabrina pays her agents out of pocket to code new agents when she knows very well that the new agent was not in the home. She was accused of this by Richard several times but she just kept lying to cover herself.
 
Let me be clear, I am not just some angry agent trying to bet back at Sabrina. I just really feel sorry for all the really good agents that work hard every day and because of Sabrina their dreams are ruined.  You have to see that Sabrina is a serious problem.  Her 2 MGA's that were at the top of the company are not with her anymore.  Her own SISTER wants nothing to do with her because of all the things she has done with the business.  In fact Sabrina stole 15,000$ from her own sister.  She stole many of my belongings when I was leaving the company.  I could go on and on about the things that Sabrina has done.  It is not fair that she teaches people to do illegal things and then threatens them when they try to leave.  Sabrina is so unethical that her "quality specialist" Karolina Debek is a former agent that could not even advance because her retention was so bad.  Even Karolina had to pay for her clients policys that lapsed.  Sabrina has made up documents on  behalf of NILICO/AIL on company  letterhead that says that AIL/NILICO can go into a clients account as many times as they need to to collect premiums.  Agents are also required to collect policy service forms and additional bank draft forms, and have them signed by the client at the time of the application.  This was done so that if the policy falls off within 4months it was easy to pay the policy off and submit for reinstatement many times the clients did not even know their policy was reinstated. This is what the agents are taught as soon as they come in.  Most of the time they have no clue as to why they are doing it.  I can tell you first hand with my own eyes that Sabrina Lloyd has THE BEST signature when she needs something forged. 

I now completely understand what Falvo meant at LDS when he said that when people leave AIL they move on and become TOP PEOPLE at other companies.  I have moved on from AIL and I am still doing extremely well with out Sabrina.  Its just sad that every other day there is another agent calling me because of what  she has done to them.  There are so many strong agents that love American Income and want to work for AIL but have left because of Sabrinas unethical behavior. I know from my experience with Sabrina that these agents are telling the truth.  She did the same things to me.  Look at Natalie Lloyd who was another top MGA. She fired Natalie (her own sister) because she went to dinner with her father not because of anything illegal.  Natalie did not do anything wrong.  AIL is losing great people because of Sabrina.  It is not right for agents to be fired because of personal issues with there SGA.  I suggest that you all listen to the agents they are telling the truth.  How many more agents have to lose their career and their dream before something is done?

Jay-Z (who by the way made it from the bottom) would have been so embarrassed that a piece of garbage like her stole money of hard working good people to come to see him! User! All of us will say our word that we have been holding to ourselves for so long. More that 6 people including myself were terminated unlawfully from National Income. We all are independent contractors. One of my co-workers is 9 month pregnant. I am a 29 years old hard working female with Accident, Life and Health License and a Bachelors degree from a leading University and incomplete Master's. Until March 24, 2010 I was an independent contractor with National Income's Sabrina Lloyd and Associates' Agency located at the Bar Building on 36 West 44 street in NY.I was "fired" ( I actually quite myself ad brought in all my leads with me on that day to surrender) for refusing to show to my employer my personal text messages on my phone. She sat very close to me and was getting ready to grab my phone from my hand, I felt very violated...I refused to do so, because it is my personal phone and I had it on recording. It was one of the rules that she had to bring her a printout of the phone bill to prove that we are not talk to people who were top producers and built the company at the beggining but now thet are being ostracized for speaking up for their rights and refusing to follow violent orders. No one until this day procecuted Sabrina LLoyd. She operates on fear, betrayal, lies, deception and suppressing people. Everybody who comes out of her agency is so scared, financially hard pressed and insecure.Whenever we tried to inquire about low wages, we would be told that we should be so lucky.

So far Sabrina Lloyd owes me well over $500 that was charged back from my paycheck. It was completely disturbing experience. They stole that amount from me and kept insisting that they gave it back to me, however I keep a copy of all my pay stubs and all my businesses transmitted. Two weeks ago I got paid $800, before that I haven't gotten paid for 4 weeks, which is according to the labor law is not legal. So are they saying then that they paid me $500 back and then also paid me for my 2,050 ALP (Annualized Life Premium) at the same time?? I remember I would get paid well over $1,000 for the same business not too long before Sabrina started manipulations with my paycheck. $300 for 2,050 ALP!!! Why don't you advertise the truth on craigslist?! Also past week I also submitted 1,500 ALP. I am sure that the two thieves (Karolina and Sabrina) will come up with a new excuse not to pay me on that either. But no worries I will get all my money and then some in court.

When being rectruited we were all promised to be provided with company leads. Towards the end I got so few if any leads! The ones that I did get had no address or wrong address, no phone numbers. So when I would walk in the snow (I have no car) in Bronx (I live in Brooklyn) with a half-broken knee that I injured during work and had no means to see a doctor, I would stumble upon non existing addresses, people who were already seen three times, people who are by their age non-insurable. Karolina Debek, Sabrina's Assistant once told other agent to return a bad lead and that it will be given to another agent as if it's a good lead. I also saw my policy works being with held, she kept them in her drawer and waited until a policy that I wrote lapsed. I wasted my time, often getting home way after mid-night. Hungry and with no money. Then I would be required to come in in the office at 8 a.m. in the morning the next day, because I didn't meet the sales quota...My partner often told me that I work so hard, how come is that I get paid so low...

I haven't seen my 9 years old son for already 4 years and it was and still is my dream to bring him here and finally get to hold him/kiss him and show him all my love. Sabrina LLoyd knew about it and played with my dream...She shattered my dream, because now I don't even have money to pay my rent. I would like everybody to know who she is and oppressive tactics she uses to have luxuries in her life. Shame on her! I feel very sorry for people who are still working for her and have yet to find out that it's the last place they should be working at. They constantly hire people and brain wash them, gratify the ones that get by on lies and deception. Myself and my co-workers are starting a law suit. And we'll make sure that Sabrina Lloyd will be held accountable. I don't want her to still get paid for my and my co-worker's hard work. She will be getting paid on our hard work. I also got a phone call from my client who was very upset that smbody else came to their house to see them, saying that they are their new agent...I can only imagine how many more lies Sabrina Lloyd is about to tell people and leave them with nothing but pain.

I was contacted by Sabrina Lloyd and have an interview scheduled next week. Is this company at all viable? What is the pay like? I need a job so if it pays well I can deal with some of the stresses but I would like to hear more from people who have experienced things there first hand.

Sabrina, i know its you who 'asked about coming in for an interview.'  What are you trying to do, save yourself? You've dug yourself into such a deep hole you are NEVER climbing out now.

Using the name, "iknowthetruth" was the dumbest thing i've ever seen someone do, like we can't figure out the idiot behind that idea. You're a big waste of life.  I've never, ever, ever, ever, ever met someone that I believe in as little as you.  

You think you're a master mind, but you're SO DUMB, SO STUPID, that you couldn't think you'd actually ever meet someone, whom you'd piss off, and steal from, that would actually TAKE ACTION against; you think everyone you prey on is going to let you get away with that.  WELL NOT ANYMORE.  YOU'RE GOING DOWN, and I, personally, will take you as far down as you could ever possibly go.  I have never met someone SO EVIL in my entire life.  You're the first person I actually HATE.  And, it will be my pleasure to see you, Sabrina Lloyd, GET YOUR LICENSE REVOKED (ha, we're all writing a letter to the insurance commissioner in NY and CT), deport your BOYFRIEND that you can't seem to have control over, AND GET YOU TERMINATED FROM WHAT SEEMS TO BE YOUR ONLY LIFE... you sad, pathetic, UGLY, little thing.

Oh, and by the way Sabrina - remember when you yelled at me for dreaming of being a model and making it, well GUESS WHAT: JUST GOT A HUGE PAYING JOB MODELING HAIR FOR REDKEN HAIR PRODUCTS THIS WEEKEND, GOT TONS OF PUBLICITY (positive publicity, unlike what you're getting =D ) and MET SO MANY PEOPLE THAT OFFERED ME MORE MODELING JOBS in the coming weeks.  

I know why you're so sour, YOU'RE JEALOUS of everyone's happiness because you cant get it on your own, so you try to steal our happiness away.  NEWS FLASH: you're psychotic, you'll NEVER be able to take away our positive, happy lives, so it's time to put the guns away, and stop all the nonsense I'm hearing about every day.  Every day I get a phone call from all the wonderful people that you screwed over telling me something new that you did to them that day, like smash your sister's car, threaten her life, and impersonate her to change her password so you can view her phone records.  What are you, F@#*G STUPID??

Hey, Diana, I am no Sabrina but judging by your response I will not be going to interview with this company. I was working for a firm called Teleteria which sells adult websites and rips people off. I am now just looking for a job that pays well so I can make things happen in my life. Judging from all of the feedback I do not think that Sabrina shop is the place. I called and told them about the postings and asked if they had anything to say and they said that it is their policy not to respond...Anyway Diana, best of luck and thanks to everyone for there openness abotu working for Sabrina...I am glad I never went in for that interview. THey are posting on Craigslist again today so someone who doesnt do their research and find this sight might get caught up in a mess but not me. Thanks so much Diana and everyone else for your openness.

You guys need to stop wasting your time and energy on trying to take Sabrina down and focus on how you all are gonna make your own way up! I worked for the company for a short time got my money and bounced cuz I knew there was seedy business transactions going on (including mine) haha but nobody cared thats why I loved it! hahaaha Anyway dont worry about Sabrina she will get hers! Trust me they always do! She will wake up one day and her whole world will come crumbling down and she will loose every red cent she ever made cuz thats how karma works. And dont tell me karma dosent exist your just being scared... LOL U guys are maaad immature! If u really wanted to make some leeway with the situation then all of you should file complaints with the Better Business Beureau if they get enough of them they will investigate. She used to make me laugh when she tried to act all smart and tuff! hahaaha She was deff fooling the other ppl but not me. My whole family is criminali intelegente haha Effing amature. I liked Sabrina & Natalie they were cool. I hope they can settle their differences in the future & not be blinded by money & power. It dosent make you a somebody in actuality your just the same insecure person covered up with all your expensive little trinkets. Its a distraction tactic. I remember at one of Sabrinas meetings she kept talking money money money and I was like "damn this girl is in love with money!" I knew she was "new" money anyway by the parsimonious glare in her eyes. Luckily I grew up in a rich family. Its lonely at the top but they'll find that out for themselves when they're sitting alone at Chateu L'ronge divorced and sipping the most expensive bottle of coping liquid, alone. hhahah the wealthy arent going to want to hang out with you! You have nothing to offer we already have money!! You just want to impress your broke friends who are not going to want to hang out with you anymore cuz they wont be able to keep up! hahaha Within my own family I've seen brothers not speak for years, Numerous uncles & cousins go to jail, and people die all because of one thing....   Money. U 2 sisters should be ashamed of yourselves and try and patch this up.

I'm not going to occupy my mind any longer trying to guess who you're. Thanks for your confession, of stealing money from people, that just strengthens my believe that there're some worthy individuals out there, who don't pray on people's hard earned money, like my friends who left the company - I just need to clarify that they all, including myself left the company, not got fired, and they have a willful employment termination letter to prove that. I know that you guys have been told otherwise. I'm so proud of all of them, and the route they have taken. So many more doors have opened for me, personally and for them. That is a big reason why we don't bother with Sabrina, and her associates. We've got a lot going on for ourselves, life will take care of her. 

Class can be acquired, but not at the expense of others. That kind of money will never stick around. I don't think Sabrina has an exquisite taste to be enjoying a glass of fine wine while listening to Tsaikovskiy or Beethoven, needless to say, her money WILL go down the drain.
