I was rear ended by one of ACCC's insureds on 1/26/2011. They have admitted fault, but refuse to pay for even the entire amount of the rental car I had to have while my car was in the shop being repaired. I consulted with one of the top personal injury law firms in Atlanta and was told that ACCC is one of the absolute WORST insurer in the entire state. They are so difficult to deal with that not even a personal injury law firm will take a case against them.

I was in the insurance business for 30 years and can attest that their practices are extremely unethical and unprofessional. I can assure you that IF you are insured by them and ever have a claim that you will have a very difficult time ever collecting from them to get your vehicle fixed.

BUYER BEWARE.......... these people are crooks from top to bottom. I contacted their claims manager, who in a reputable company is generally the person with enough intelligence and integrity to respond professsionally and seek a resolution, but instead he had his young, inexperienced claims adjuster call me to argue his position.

I assure you that if you do business with these crooks you will be sorry you did at some point..........
