Karen Day my claims adjuster is the most dishonest person I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. She has only tried to settle my claim that i have wriiten damage estimates for at a small fraction of the cost of the damages. This is the worst insurer I have ever had. Avoid AIG. Cancel all your insurance with AIG if you want to get paid when you file a claim. They have had 4 adjusters on my claim already. AIG tried to force two different repair shops to write them up a favorable estimate to rip me off. Their adjusters are sent out to discredit your estimates and cheat you on your claim!!!

I saw another person who had AIG and lost his leg in an accident. He had a accidental death and dismemberment policy. After fighting with AIG for a long time they finally paid only half of the policy and told hime if in a month he was still disabled they would make small monthly payments to pay the other $150,000. Like what AIG thought maybe his leg would grow back in month. His policy is suposed to pay all limits at once. This happend before they even told anyone they had big money troubles,so how do you think they will pay you now if they did this crap before.
