I had cervical fusion done on 1/10/03 and epeolink has not payed any of my healthcare providers anything as of today 2/9/04. I have tried to get them to pay but they just give me the run around as they do with the providers. Now the providers are threating to send my accounts to collection agencies. They say they are tired of trying to get there money from epeolink. There are several other poeple where i work that have claims with epeolink and get the same run around.

Gilbert:

You might be interested to know that EPEOLink is actually a subsidiary of the National Employer's Network, 7373 North Scottsdale Rd, Scottsdale, AZ 85253. I would suggest you contact the Arizona Dept. of Insurance and file a complaint with them.

Several states are currently investigating this entity.

I believe the CA Dept of Insurance is one of them. The closest office of the CA/DOI to Bakersfield would probably be located in Valencia, CA, in area code 661.
