After four and one half years, GreenTree decided that my insurance was not good enough for them. I have had the same insurance for the last 15 years and they have provided an A+ service to me. So who is Conseco/GreenTree trying to fool? What they offered was 2 to 3 times higher than what I am paying now.

After a month or so they finally agreed that my insurance was good enough, but only after I told them to come and get the mobile home. So they say I have a perfect payment report except for the last month. Now I have their collection people calling me saying I'm a few days late. Well DOH! If I was going to let the mobile home go back, why would I make a payment. Beware of this company.
