This report as with the other False reports filed on this site against Phil Cannella, Phillip J Cannella, First Senior Financial Group and the Crash Proof Team have been submitted by the purveyors of an illegal, disreputable hate site funded by terminated for cause ex employees and competitors who are seeking any means possible to discredit the tireless efforts by Phil Cannella and his organization on behalf of American Retirees throughout the Tri-State region.

We seek to illuminate the fact that the people behind these erroneous reports and the hate site have been and still are under scrutiny by the FBI, PA Attorney General, PA Insurance Department and various other Local, State and Federal agencies for impersonating elected and appointed officials in an effort to smear the good name and efforts of Phil Cannella and the First Senior Financial Group Organization.

This situation points to a group of individuals with a personal ax to grind going online  looking for ways to smear someone else —or libel him, as is the case here. It’s one thing if someone doesn’t think much of Mr. Cannella, but it’s another thing entirely when an anonymous cyber-attacker accuses Phil of being a “thief.” That label implies that crimes have been committed, which is an accusation that should never be made loosely or anonymously. In our system, a person is entitled to face his accuser and examine and/or refute the evidence.

Phil Cannella is not a thief. Phil has devoted his life to being an advocate and an activist on behalf of people who ARE being fleeced and stolen from: American retirees. The "Employee" who authored the rebuttal has to be brand new and out of touch!  Phil Cannella is a thief!  Just ask his former CFO who quit (he knows because he was told NOT TO PAY advisers who were owed commissions).  Phil Cannella even told advisers in their weekly meeting that he was going to  donate the terminated advisers commissions to charity!  How can you tell when Phil Cannella is lying?  Just listen to him, then do your own research and then you will know.  If he was honest, would he have been terminated by insurance carriers and the National Ethics Bureau?  Check with advisers and employees who have been there for at least a year and you will hear the true stories of his humiliating and bullying employees and advisers.  He is a master of manipulation to those who put their trust and faith in his schemes!  If you are an existing employee, (plan your escape!)  If you are a potential employee, adviser, or client...DANGER!
