City Intertrade Inc. Shoppers Lotto Corp. lottery winning notice Calgary/ Highland Park, Ill 60035 Other

Rec'd a letter today from a city Intertrade Inc. stating that i won $150,000.00 in the shopper's lotto co-operation sweepstakes lottery recently held. With the
letter included was a check issued by Legacy Bank of Florida for $4989.54.

Also in the letter included were instructions to contact my assigned Tax agent for this Chris Thomas @ 1-647-866-0953 within 10 days of receipt of this notification to expedite processing of this claim and to receive tax information on how to process
my funds. The letter also states that the tax amount for the winnings is 2985.00 and it is to be paid either by Western Union or Moneygram to the tax agent.

The letter has two addresses on it. City Intertrade Inc. 15 Central Ave. Highland Park, Ill. 60035 USA
and the 2nd one 60 16th st. SE, Calgary, AB T2E6J5 Canada
