I received an official letter from Corporate Controllers Unit stating that I owed $225 along with a "periodic report". It was in regards to our LLC. It says things like "subject to penalty... section 24-21-103 (3), C.R.S." "the entity status will become Non compliant" and "Delinquent" which makes it sound very scary. I'm glad I found this website because I didn't read the last paragraph which clearly states "This product or service has not been approved or endorsed by any Government Agency".. with more code like script. What product or service are they offering I'm wondering? To steal people's money? I hope no one goes for this scam.
