I have been doing my taxes for years with H&R Block. I got a letter from IRS on 12-30-2008.

On 12-31-2008 I went to their "year around office" on Mcdowell and 7th Street and had the displeasure of meeting the Manager named John Broad.

He was the rudest man I have ever met. He said since I did not have an appoitment they could not help me. He said that I would have to come back another day because they were only doing emerald advance that day (what ever the hell than was)

I will never use H&R Block again. I will tell all of my friends and I will also post my complaint on every public messae board I can find.

I also plan on calling the local media.
