jk harris filed 7 years of taxs for only 8,000 grand and then gave me nothing except a different case manager every week,so if i did talk to someone ,they said they had to review my case .then they dissappear and i get new case manager for a minute.am i the only one from coloradoif not lets get together and get our money back.they done nothing for me.

it seems you have not filed taxes in 7 years????

Your post sounds like you have not filed income taxes for 7 years????? If this is the case the IRS will not deal with you, until you pay the bulk of your taxes. That will mean garnishment of your wages, and the forced sale of your house, and all your assets.

JK Harris is good at what they do, but they are not miracle workers. You should have saved the 8000.00 that you paid them, and gave that money to the IRS.

They probably tried to get the IRS to settle with you, but the IRS wants your assets, and rightly so. No Taxes for over 7 years. Dude you could be looking at jail time.

Just remember,in the future PAY YOUR TAXES, we dont want to, but the GOVERNMENT WILL FORCE YOU.

Dude-

Don't listen to I am Good! He/she has no clue what they are talking about.

the IRS will not send you to prison for NOT filing or paying taxes. If you are in jail, they can't get your money!

How to get your money back

We were in a similar situation with another firm (Roni Deutch). However, we were able to get our money back (90% of it) with the help of an ASTPS member firm (((Redacted))). They drafted a letter to us that was addressed to the Office of Professional Responsibility and the letter was directed to the person who was on our power of attorney. Once we sent him a copy of the letter, the company contacted us and refunded the money because the person on the power of attorney risked losing his license.

People contact this firm if you need your money back. They drafted the letter free of charge.
