When you received your judgment against JK Harris, did you name the sales person as co defendant? Did you send JK Harris a demand letter to Corporate? Get a Writ of Execution from the clerks office. Send a copy to JK Harris with a cover letter, to the attention of Monica LInder, telling them that you expect payment on the judgment, if not that you will have the Writ served in NC under the 'Sister State Statue". You can find JK's bank account and the name fo the bank on the back of one of your canceled checks. Send all correspondance via certified mail/return receipt. Oh, and don't forget to add the interest on the judgment in the demand letter.

...call your Credit Card Company, and dispute the charge for 'No Service Rendered'.

You will get ALL of your money back.

You will then get a letter a from JK Harris offering you a 'partial' refund if you sign a waiver agreeing to never sure them, join any class action lawsuit against them, or say a negative word about them.  Since you already got your money, file the letter and do not respond to it.
