Nationwide Tax Relief Hired them to handle State & Federal Tax issue an they did nothing for me except take my $3,400 Los Angeles, California

I hired Nationwide Tax Relief to help me with state an federal tax issues I approved a automatic with drawl for $3,400 as my deposit with a balance of $3,400 dollars to be paid 30 days later. They promised by the end of the week they would have the hold on my personal checking an corporate checking removed.  After many emails an phone calls over the next 30 days in which I didn't get any replies. I get a phone call from them asking why my second check didn't clear the bank my reply was because you haven't done your job an I still had a hold on my accounts.  Matt Mazzo from Nationwide Tax Relief is who called to ask for payment an when I was explaining the situation to him he asked me to shut up so he can speak.  This was very unprofessional, he explained to me that they had made several phone calls to the state comptrollers office on my behalf an the state was being very difficult.  After this I decide to release them an work with the state on my own.  I called the rep. from the state assigned to my case in which she tells me that she has only spoke to the attorney from Nationwide tax Relief who was handling my case 2 times an that she left him several messages an got no return calls.  I asked what info was still needed to have hold removed from my accounts.  It  was only 2 items in which I sent the attorney 3 weeks prior.  I sent her the two items an with in 24 hours the funds where released. She advised she was ready to release funds 3 weeks earlier but the attorney wouldn't send her the info.  An when I spoke to the attorney he said that he had sen them all the paper work an the state had not made a dicision yet.  So I spent this money for help an got lied to an cheated out of my money.
