I sighed up with them when they were power tax relief, then changed their name to power tax care and now have another company in the same shoddy building call advance tax relief or advance tax care. I was told they would represent me and settle my case with the IRS when all they did was transferred my case from person to person, that's how I know they're all the same company. no one ever did a thing on my case because they are not being paid by the owner. The receptionist thought she had me on hold while she complained about not getting her paycheck. If they didn't take my money and did nothing I would feel bad for the workers. I contacted IRS myself and worked out my own arraingement. Don't hire these thieves, their "professionals" don't have time to help you since they can't even get their paychecks.
