there is no tech. support whatsoever provided for this tax prep/e-file web site. they claim to offer on line advice at 4.95 a pop (conveniently charged to your credit card) then then proceed to hee-haw around (there so called techs are half-wits)cut you off, then refuse to let you back into the chat forum. but you can get back in for another 4.95!!! this site comes recommended by the irs!

#1 Consumer Suggestion

Mine worked ok you must not have done it right

AUTHOR: Joe - Platteville (U.S.A.)

Geez....you must not have done it right...I sent my request in and got an email within 10 minutes. I replied and they couldn't help via the email and then called me and resolved my issue all within an hour...without one penny spent.

Garbage in, garbage out. Read the directions and there is a way to get some assistance without spending anything...try the "technical issues" avenue rather than financial advice route...go in under the guise of it being a "technical question" about the software itself....and then switch to what you want to talk about.

As long as you didn't get some outsourced cow-loving BUM in India, you'll likely get a responsive person...been doing this now 4 years w/o any problems with TurboTax.
