Tax Masters Patrick Cox Buyer beware, these people only want your money, Internet

We hired this company to assist in reducing our taxes and resolving IRS disputes. We gave them $15,000 up front, with the assurance they would take charge and make this path easy. We were immediately passed off to Tax Coordinators. These people know nothing about tax law and are not tax attorneys nor are they IRS certified. There is another person that you do not get to talk to that is certified to correpond with the IRS. You are given direction to put the needed information together. This took us about a month to do. Tax masters then passes your information on to the IRS. When you do not get any information from them, they pass you off to someone else to tell you it is part of the process. This can go on for months. They never give anything more then their first names and a phone number. At the end of months of frustration, you are still penalized by the IRS and still end up owing the same amount to the IRS. Don't give these people any of your money. They can not help you. They only want your money. You can do everything they will do for you by yourself. This service is just a giant ripoff. Buyer beware.
