ACAI BERRY CLEANSE SYSTEM HOW CAN COMPANIES DO THIS? Boca Raton Florida

I ordered a bottle of the Acai Berry Cleanse Sytem 15 day trial, WITH NO obligation or membership. All I had to pay was the $3.95 shipping and handling. Of course I handed over my Debit card number for the shipping and handling to be charged. I did receive my free bottle (at the time). A month later I logged onto my checking account on line and noticed a deduction of $88.26 from the company. (I did not authorize this deduction.) I got back on the website to find a phone number to call the company. The phone numbers that is furnished on the website DO NOT WORK. Their was a CHAT LIVE option. I clicked on that, and after 30 minutes of waiting I finally got a hold of a CSR, and she stated that if I mail back my bottle that I would be fully refunded once it is received. That it would take two business days to show back in my checking account. Plus she instructed me that she would cancel the membership that nothing else would be deducted. ( I was unaware of any membership according to what the website stated.) Then three days later I logged onto my checking website again, and their was another deduction for $94.57. I got back on the website to try the phone numbers again, and they still didnt work. Even the CHAT LIVE option did not work. I was instructed by a friend to check on rip off report .com. I CANNOT BELIEVE HUNDREDS AND HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE HAVE GONE THROUGH THE SAME THING AS I HAVE. How can this continue? What can be done to make this company stop doing this?
