On 02/09/12 I was looking for an obituary and I was directed to Archives for a possible search. The site offered a 7 day free trial. It specifically stated that your card would not be charged within the 7day free trial.

I registered with the web site and began the search.  After 30 minutes I did not find the info that I was looking for.  I cancelled my "7 day free trial" before I left the web site. It was extremely difficult to find the area to cancel this.

My bank called the next day, explaining they had put a hold on my card due to suspicious charges. The charges were from a Western Suites out of Texas.  Two charges for $9.41 each.  My card was cancelled immediately. A report has been filed with the FTC.
