ACS LEGAL COMPANY I was threatend with legal action if I didnt pay 300.00$. Internet

I recieved a call from ACS legal services explaining to me that I needed to make arrangements on a defaulted payday loan that was to have been deposited directly into my checking account back in April 2009.

The call rep Andy Clark at 646-810-8666 refused to provide information regarding the account. Demanded that I verify personal information including verification of the routing number, the last 4 digits of my account number and my physical address. He also stated the next call I recieve would be from their clients attorney.

The call ended with zero resolution. I called my sister who did a bit of research and found that this is not an isolated incident. We then called the company to inform them that my checking account had been closed and without physical proof and contact information for the creditor we will consider their account with me closed . She let them know that they have been reported for fraudulent activity.
