American Evoice They Charged me $16 on my phone bill for a service I never signed up for and cannot find a way to get in contact with to cancel service or to find out how they got my info. Internet

Baisicly I have no idea what American Evoice is,but they are charging me $16 a month for a service I never signed up for. There is no way to contact them that I have found yet.
These should not be allowed to happen, The $16 isnt even the main concern. My main concern is the fact that somehow they managed to obtain my personall information. Once again I have found no way to contact them so I dont even know how to cancel these charges
