I was contacted by the company called American Website Solutions which did a sales pitch to sell me a website for $295.00 where I would be an affiliate to 4 different companies. I was to receive commissions from sales placed to these companies through my site. American Website Solutions then had the company, Summer Ventures, contact me. This company was to promote my site. For $9,660.00, I was told that they would make sure my site would make the front page of the major search engines.

I informed them that I did not have this money. So they suggested I put it on a credit card and had me be sure to call the credit card company to let them know I agreed to the charges. They said not to worry because their advertising my site would ensure that I could pay the amount off in 3-4 months from the commissions I would be getting. After a while I questioned why there had not been any activity besides my mother and myself, I was told I needed to wait 60-90 days before it would take place. To date, there has been no extra activity
to the site other than myself, my mother, and a few friends. I have received no commisions from any of the purchases we made. I have been informed by an attorney that because people are able to order through my site without a prescription, that I am participating in an illegal practice. Then to top it off, I find out that I was not the only person who has been scammed by these two companies. And yes, I did check with the BBB, before getting in bed with these guys. And hopefully when I am done, there will be enough stuff in their file to keep others from making the same mistake as I did.
