Antivirus 2008 Order #7859971 I ordered this antivirus protection for $49.95, it was downloaded but empty. I want a refund. Internet

This company of which I don't know the name of, only of how the charges would appear on my charge card, (2000charge.com). I have an authorization code, an order number, a support email address and a support phone number which has been disconnected. I have no way of contacting anyone or even have a name to start with. I did print the order which has all of the info that I have stated here but that's it. The address on the bottom of the print is https://secure.software-paymenty.com/ payment/invoice.html?customer_email.

All I want is a refund since I can't use it and there is nothing to install so...
